Correct David! An easy to use platform is what appeals to a growing blogger, marketeer and even developers and designers. As for support, real human support by a technical person is what is needed in the hosting industry and that is what we do at Cloudways, our system admins are the ones answering and solving queries of our customers.

Speed and ease of use are essentual for a marketeer with non techy clients.
Price matters but not if ther server management link disapears.
Respecting customers would be nice. Something lost by big public hosts like Go Daddy, Hostgator and REG-123.
A cut down WordPress install version would be nice. A PRO verison with out the bloat!
