Hey Patrick, glad you liked the article. Funny isn’t it how we forget parts of what should be a normal conversation!

I TRULY believe that selling solutions is more powerful than geographic convenience. The only advantage of geographically targeting a market is networking and face to face meetings.

What can you really help with for other businesses? I think marketing to problems and solutions is harder in the long run, but more profitable. Geo targeting brings cash in quicker but your options run out faster.

In truth, focus on CURRENT customers whatever you do. Recurring revenue is 100x more effective than where you target new customers. Hope that helps!

But just wondering I am based in Kenya, so do i position my web design business and market to potential clients in my country, (content marketing) or do i try and market my business for the whole world? Something that i have really been torn in between? note most of the projects i have done are people around my home country. Appreciate your thoughts on this?
