					<description><![CDATA[Nice one Kim I&#039;ve been looking forward to this follow up post and it definitely didn&#039;t disappoint :) This is something I struggled with for a long time and it boiled down to lack of confidence for me. 

This is the kind of article I wish I read when I started my business years ago. 

There is such a low barrier of entry to starting an WordPress business that many  people forget to learn about the business side of things and the numbers need to add up properly  to make it work. 

In the end you owe it to your clients to be profitable, so if you&#039;re going to try to improve your clients KPIs, make sure you are tracking and improving your own first.
