Hi. I am trying to do Live stream from Zoom to our business page but I just get a black screen with cycling circle. Any idea why?
I did test this using our private group page and that went through. Just having problems getting it to go through the business page.

Hi Tengku,
It seems that since we recorded this, Zoom has made some changes. There is now a setting in your Zoom account under Account Settings in the “In Meeting Advanced” section. And now you only need the $14.99 account – not the extra $40/mth it costs for the Webinar function. Hope this helps 🙂

I’m confused. The youtube video mentioned that i must have Paid Zoom Version with webinar option.

I’m using Paid Zoom Pro version but for Meeting and no Webinar Option. But when I go through the Zoom Setting for Meeting, there is Live Streaming Option. When selected Facebook and Youtube, then I can see those option when i clicked MORE during Zoom Live Meeting.

But when I clicked MORE then Facebook, it opened the Facebook for me but the Streaming did not go through.

Is it because the limitation imposed by ZOOM on the package that I subscribed?
