Love this and need this!

Kristina, I’ve been working most Saturday’s this year because it’s one day where I don’t get calls or people expect stupid fast response times. I’m also coming up on 18 months in business and feel like I still have a lot of ground to cover before pulling back to just M-F.

What advice would you give to better manage my situation?

In reply to Geoff Martyn. It's tempting with kids Geoff to think that since we aren't committing full hours during the week that weekends need to make up for that. It just makes us run ourselves into the ground.

I need to follow this advice. I’ve actually found that getting more sleep and not working the weekends makes me more productive in the time I do have. More focus, less faffing!
