Hello Troy and Andrew,
Great interview as always, Troy. Andrew thank you for taking the time. I am a long term member of MOZ and generally worried about the direction of my main career - also part of my fascination with Troy's series here. Thank you for letting on these discussions are also happening at Moz.

Your new feature request is a tough one... New features for CRM apps are part of the trouble with traditional CRM. SalesForce and others are so jammed full of them, they have priced themselves out of the small co marketplace IMHO.

A quick thing that struck me as missing is a simple, easy way to import then tag my contacts from various sources. Unless I am a day-one startup, I'll have been using some other tool. This represented a resistance point for me. I don't want to rekey all of it. I would bet Stride already has this built in - just not mentioned on the features page.

Another idea that is less likely would be a WordPress plugin for lead-gen. It should send these to Stride for tagging as well as usage information. It could track pages of interest and total number of visits per lead providing the salesperson a better understanding of their interests.
