Holy Mackerel! 41% mobile/tablet! That was a good episode, thank you fellas. I really like the bit about NOT asking them to do anything. I have spent a lot of time and energy lately designing (and re-designing) systems to make it easier for customers to provide content but still more than half seem to choke on it big time and it's because they just don't see the job coming their way in advance. As to HOW to take that job off their desk ... hmmmm.... thinking to do....

I don't want the prize, but enjoyed the podcast so thought I would share the data for my 2 businesses. The second one has most transactions finalised offline so revenue is not accurate. Both are last 3 months

Currently recuperating and have listened to this twice and have no doubt I shall listen again.

Having the two of you on one podcast is a delight.

I offer heartfelt thanks to Ed for the 30DC as it was called in 2006 when I first came across him. Following The Challenge each year taught me so much, got me online and sowed the seeds of my current business.

Then I came across Troy and with his guidance upped my game.

I don't think either of you will ever fully appreciate the difference you make in the lives of so many of us.

Fate has been very kind to me and I have been extraordinarily lucky in the podcast prize stakes so don't want to enter :-) I just wanted to say thank you to you both.
