Great interview. Always love hearing Jason’s advice, and Matt as well. What I’m trying to delegate: I’ve been productizing my web design business and have now built a turnkey WordPress solution (launching any day now). I’m currently systemizing the process so I can delegate the delivery and finally focus my time on scaling my business. Oh, and Video User Manuals is included – love it! 😀
