Fear of letting go of the reigns, fear of substandard work from outsourcers that will make me look bad, fear of working with people when I have no experience dealing with them, fear of losing respect from clients for outsourcing….

I know how to build a great website, but I need the whole picture and hands on. How to outsource that And keep the project outcome?
The #1 thing holding me back is the ability to find good, reliable, quality people that can perform the work in the way that my clients are accustomed.
I know that sounds a bit arrogant, but anytime I try and offload some tasks to someone else, for whatever reason the ball gets dropped on their end and I wind up having to do it myself anyway.
