Hello, my name is Vincent Wondra. I’m the founder of The BBS Agency; we’re a WordPress website design and development agency based out of Wisconsin in the United States.

How Was Business Before Agency Mavericks?

Life before Agency Mavericks, in all honesty, was a struggle. A little bit of backstory about me. I found myself, shortly before Christmas, one year out of work. The first time in my life I’d been let go from a job. I was fired, and it wasn’t because of lack of duties, we just weren’t a good fit for each other. I started my freelance company then. Previously I’d been an executive at two different online startups, and it was time. I’d been preparing to leave anyway to start my freelancing agency.

However, I found it to be a struggle. I was excellent at building the websites, but the business side of it was where I was struggling. I was looking for a proven system to kind of guide me out of the weeds. I was inventing everything from scratch, and I know that there are a lot of other successful businesses out there.

Once I found Agency Mavericks I changed things. Before then life was a struggle, there was a lot of trial and error. I tried one thing, and if it didn’t work, I’d have to do it again and keep doing it until I was successful with attracting new clients. Attracting a better breed of clients was one of the biggest challenges. There was no clear path to success.

How Did You First Discover Agency Mavericks?

I'm not even sure anymore how I discovered Agency Mavericks. If I had to guess, I’m pretty sure somebody had shared a post on social media about one of a choice of free webinars or free resources that Agency Mavericks has online. I attended several of those free webinars and looked at a bunch of the free resources, and it resonated with me. It was proven systems, proven solutions that had worked for Troy. He was teaching them to other people, and everybody who’d gone through his course or had followed him was sharing positive rave reviews about how much it had transformed their business.

Why Did You Join Agency Mavericks?

I became a big fan of the blog. I was following Agency Mavericks and Troy through social media. I attended every single free webinar I could and applied what I learned in those free webinars and the free resources. As I started doing that I saw a  correlating improvement in the quality of my business, in the quality of the clients I'm getting, in my profit margins, and not only was the business doing well, but so was my personal life because I wasn’t stressing out about the business as much. Finally, I bit the bullet after a year of using up all the free resources I could find and fully joined Agency Mavericks.

And I’ve never looked back. It’s some of the best money that I have ever spent on my business.

How's Business Since Agency Mavericks?

Business is booming.

The last two years my business has grown by over 200% each year. I now have a plan for a sustainable and scalable growth, my processes, and systems, which are in many parts based upon Agency Mavericks but are modified for my own, have really helped me attract a significantly better breed of clientele, improve our website builds, and ensure the quality of our services to new heights.

We now have clients who are seeking us out instead of us hunting for new clients. In fact, this last December, which is typically a down month for web development, has been the busiest month we’ve had all year. We’re currently booked up for the next three months into 2016. It’s a great way to start the year.
