Spend some time to actually use the site for themselves and build their confidence. I sit down with my clients and let them add some pages or make a blog post to reassure that it’s straight forward. I think once they’re confident in using the site they’ll naturally begin to share the knowledge they have and be helpful to other businesses.

Easy question. Make sure you have a backup and that the process is automated BEFORE you get serious about creating content, etc. Make sure your backup is not just on your webserver but somewhere like DropBox, Google Drive, Amazon S3, G-mail, etc.
